Juarez Painting & Hydrographics

Opening in 2020, Juarez Painting and Hydrographics is located next to our Juarez Molding Division. This 90,000 sq. ft state of the art painting and hydrographics facility features a 25,000 sq. ft air conditioned clean room paint line. Using floor mounted conveyors and RFID encoded racks, we are able to paint and hydrographic dip parts on racks up to 4 feet by 5 feet. Parts are washed, dried, flame treated then finished with primer, base coat, midcoat/pearl and clear coated as needed. We have the world’s largest hydrographic dip tank with both 1 meter and 1.3 meter wide film capable of dipping very large parts.
