Learn More about Jones Plastic and Engineering

Founded in 1961, Jones Plastic & Engineering has spent decades building one of North America’s most integrated plastic manufacturing operations. From pioneering gas-assist injection molding in the early 1990s to operating a dedicated robotic paint and hydrographics facility in Juarez, Mexico, Jones Plastic combines deep process knowledge with broad manufacturing capability.

With facilities in Kentucky, Tennessee, and three locations in Mexico, the company is positioned to support programs that require molding, finishing, and assembly under a single supply chain — reducing freight, handling, and coordination costs for customers across automotive, appliance, and powersports markets.

See What We Can Do

Jones Plastic & Engineering provides integrated plastic manufacturing services — from product development and mold simulation through production molding, robotic paint, Hydrographics, and final assembly. Our engineering team uses solid modeling, CAE simulation, and Rapid Prototyping to validate part designs before tooling begins.  This engineering-first approach reduces tooling risk, shortens development timelines, and ensures manufacturability from day one.

For over 60 years we’ve crafted solutions for a variety of markets that have grown increasingly more complex.
