Our team transforms early-stage concepts into products that are technically validated, cost-effective to produce, and designed for manufacturability — from initial research through prototyping, validation, and full-scale production. We have in-house Micro Spectrometry to analyze defects, material identification, and validate the performance of products.
Expertise and Efficiency
Providing solid modeling since 1991, our team uses PTC Creo to build detailed 3D CAD models defining every surface, edge, and feature with precision. For photorealistic visualization before tooling, we use KeyShot to apply materials, colors, textures, and lighting environments — helping customers make confident design decisions early and reducing risk before mold investment. Jones Plastic leverages Moldex3D in-house to validate part and tool designs through advanced simulation of filling, packing, cooling, warpage, fiber orientation, hot manifold performance, and cosmetic surface quality for both injection and gas-assist molding applications. Our Bruker LUMOS II Microscopy Spectrometer allows our Engineers to see deep into any product and validate its performance.
