Our insert molding and overmolding capabilities range from small hand-loaded threaded inserts to large robot-loaded components. We overmold thermoplastics, including flexible materials like TPU, for improved grip, comfort, and durability.

A pioneer in gas-assist injection molding (GAIM) since the 1990s, we produce high volumes of gas-assist parts for major OEMs. We also provide in-mold labeling with first-surface and second-surface label capabilities using a variety of resin and label substrates.

Material Selection Engineering
